Stillwater Beads began with a love for quiet beauty.

I wanted to create pieces that feel calm, simple, and easy to wear — not jewelry that asks for attention, but something that gently becomes part of everyday life.

I'm especially drawn to Eastern aesthetics: the understated refinement of Song-inspired simplicity, the warmth of natural materials, and the quiet beauty found in imperfection, texture, and restraint. These influences shape the way I choose colors, materials, and form.

Each piece is thoughtfully designed using stone, jade-like, and mineral-inspired materials, with a focus on balance, softness, and quiet presence. I'm interested in creating adornment that feels both visually grounded and emotionally comforting.
