Free Shipping

We offer free tracked standard shipping on all orders to the United States. No minimum order is required.

Shipping Destination

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders are estimated to arrive within 6–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs inspection, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Origin

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from China via international tracked shipping carriers. Packages may be subject to customs inspection upon entry into the United States.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For most low-value personal jewelry orders shipped to the United States, no additional import duties are usually charged upon delivery. We do our best to keep your checkout price clear and transparent.

Please note that packages may still be subject to customs inspection. In the rare event that customs duties, taxes, or import fees are assessed by local authorities or carriers, these charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be delayed, lost, or stuck in transit, please contact us at hello@stillwaterbeads.com. We will help check the tracking information and work with the carrier when possible.
